Sarasota Visual Art offers reprints on 60 lb. gloss for b/w, 70 lb. gloss for color. Custom work on a reprint (changes or additions to pages different from what appeared in the online version) may be subject to production time billed at an hourly rate of $100/hour with a $500 minimum. Examples of custom production work include typesetting text, redesigning an article layout, typesetting a custom cover, etc.
Normal turnaround time is approximately 1 week from receipt of payment. (Prepayment is required for reprints.) Rush service (3 day turnaround) is available at additional cost. Expedited shipping is also available at additional cost.
All reprint orders must be prepaid. We accept checks, Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover® orAmerican Express®.
Authors/contributors, advertisers receive 1 free reprint per calendar year as part of sVA services . For additional orders, discount prices are offered. Shipping may be additional.
Unlike hardcopy reprints, online reprints are offered and purchased for specific lengths of time instead of by quantity. Upon purchase, a link is furnished to a PDF of the reprinted article, hosted on our server. You can then display the link at your website or send the link to anyone else, such as your own clients, until the link expires. Online reprints can easily be renewed should you choose.
